Course Overview

This intensive 2-day cadaver-based hands-on master class is designed for surgeons seeking to master both open and endoscopic brow, face, and neck lifting techniques across both Caucasian and Asian anatomy.

The program combines evidence-based lectures, step-by-step surgical demonstrations, and extensive hands-on cadaver dissection in a small-group, high-touch learning environment. Participants will rotate through fully equipped open and endoscopic stations, gaining repeated exposure to critical anatomical planes, vector design, fixation strategies, and safe dissection techniques under close faculty supervision.

With a strong emphasis on anatomy mastery, surgical safety, reproducibility, and real-world decision-making, this master class is structured to support confident translation of advanced lifting techniques into daily clinical practice.

Key Learning Objectives

• Develop a deep anatomical understanding of brow, midface, face, and

neck lifting, including retaining ligaments, danger zones,

and safe dissection planes
• Perform open and endoscopic brow and temporal lifting with techniques tailored for both Caucasian and Asian anatomy
• Execute endoscopic and open midface lifting, including SOOF mobilisation, malar fat repositioning, and vector planning for natural results
• Apply advanced facelift and neck lift techniques, including SMAS handling, deep-plane dissection, and platysma management
• Design precise lifting vectors and fixation strategies for stable, predictable, and long-lasting outcomes

• Identify key anatomical differences between Asian and Caucasian patients and modify surgical approaches accordingly

•Avoid common technical pitfalls and reduce complication risk through structured, step-by-step execution

Note:

This course is designed for surgeons. If you are not a surgeon but would like to participate for professional development purposes, please be aware that IFAAS does not grant surgical accreditation.
