IFAAS Exhibitor Payment
- 1x (6’ X 30’) Rectangle Table top outside of the master class
- 2 exhibitor passes for the Client to network and manage the exhibition table (no access to inside of the master class)
- Company logo exposure to be featured in all IFAAS collaterals on website and weekly eDMS
- 1 insertion into delegate lecture folder
- Exhibitor Package does not include morning & afternoon tea breaks, luncheons during the workshop dates and full workshop documentation. The Exhibitor package does not include travel & hotel accommodations.
- The Exhibitor is not permitted to cancel the exhibtior agreement except with the written consent of the Organiser

Where there is an agreed cancellation permitted by the organiser, the Exhibitor shall pay to the Organiser the amount, representing liquidated damages to compensate the Organiser for all losses incurred as a result of the cancellation, as follows:-80% of the contract price for cancellation made more than 2 months prior to the start date of the event; or 100% of the contract price for cancellation made 2 months or less prior to the start date of the event
- If The Organiser cancels the event or events, a full refund (100%) will be made to the client.
- IFAAS reserves the right to alter the programme without notice including the substitution, alternation or cancellation of speakers and / or topics and / or the alteration of dates of the event.
- Additional 4% surcharge for credit card processing fee
- Additional $50 for bank transfer transaction fee
The Exhibitor/Sponsor irrevocably indemnifies and holds the Organiser and its agents, servants, officers, employees and all other members of the Organiser harmless against all and any damages, losses and/or claims of, and/or suffered by the Sponsor and/or any third party (if so caused by the Sponsor), arising out of and during the course of the preparation for and/or the duration of the Event. Regardless of the reason for or the cause of such damage, losses and/or claims. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these terms and conditions or the attached Contract, nothing in this contract shall exclude, restrict or limit either party's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
If in the opinion of the Organiser, the event can be carried through, by re-arrangement or postponement of the period of the event, or by substitution of another hall or building or any other reasonable manner, the contract shall be binding upon the parties. The Organiser does not guarantee attendee numbers at the event.
The Organiser will not be responsible for the safety of any exhibit or property of any Sponsor, or any other person for the loss, or damage, or destruction to same, by theft, or fire, or other cause whatsoever, or for any loss or damage sustained by an Sponsor, by reason of any defect in the building caused by fire, storm, tempest, lightning, national emergency, war, labour disputes, strikes or lockouts, civil disturbances, explosion, inevitable accident, force majeure, or any other cause not within the control of the Organiser whatever ejusdem generis or not or for any loss or damage occasioned. As the Organiser will accept no responsibility for any of the matters aforesaid, the Sponsor is to cover itself by insurance in respect thereof.
