Registration includes morning and afternoon tea breaks, lunch during the workshop dates, and full workshop documentation.

Registration fees do not include travel expenses, accommodation, visa costs, or any other personal expenses.

IFAAS programmes are open to registered medical professionals only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria prior to registration.

No refunds will be provided if a participant is found to be ineligible for the course.
All registrations are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If a registered delegate is unable to attend, a substitute delegate of equivalent professional standing may attend in their place at no additional charge. Written notice of the substitution must be provided to IFAAS prior to the event.

“No-shows” on the event day are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

IFAAS reserves the right to modify the programme at its sole discretion without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, the substitution, alteration, or cancellation of speakers and/or topics, as well as changes to the event dates, venue, or format.

IFAAS shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of the event.
