Course Overview

The rise of non-invasive procedures has shifted the aesthetic culture. Patients now are asking for less invasive, less painful, less expensive procedures with short recovery times. Thread-lifts are one of the newest approaches to nonsurgical facial lifting & tightening.

It is an easy, fast, in-office procedure in which absorbable barbed or unbarbed suture thread is inserted into the skin through a very small incision, for the purpose of full-face rejuvenation & lifting. The latest techniques can even provide lifting for the nose region, rejuvenation of the under-eye area, as well as the correction of the lip border lines.

Similar to fillers that provide a “liquid face-lift,” the downtime is minimal. Offering thread lifting for your practice is a natural progression of services needed for a successful aesthetic practice as these procedures are gaining significant popularity among patients day by day.

The program is open to medical professionals including medical doctors, dentists, and nurse.

In compliance with the local laws and regulations, prior to the clinic visits, attendees are required to submit CV and copy of Medical License post registration.

Dr. Herbert Hooi, M.D., Australia

Dr. Herbert Hooi is a Cosmetic Physician working in private practice in Sydney, Australia. He is a Foundation Fellow of the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine with a background in emergency medicine and law. Dr Hooi has been using PRP in aesthetic medicine since 2009 and sexual medicine since 2015. He has presented on the topic of PRP and skin rejuvenation in various domestic and international conferences including Biobridge in Venice and teaches regular workshops on the basic science and advanced techniques of PRP.
